On Wednesday, December 19th, Art Party NYC presents "Let Your Fancy Free", the fourth in a series of eight kinetic Art Parties. Curated with the theme of "residence" in mind, the party kicks off at 8pm at Galapagos in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
