One step higher than the current vandal squads they call them self's "The Eagle Team" an anti-graffiti surveillance squad quietly formed three months ago. That is crazy, the city is really trying to stop a form of art that shaped who we are today. We need to get it back to the old days, where their was so much graffiti popping up the authorities didn't know which area to patrol.
