New York City is winning the Graffiti war. Graffiti is turning into a NYC past time. The NY tranist authority has hired a new type of vandal squads. One step higher than the current vandal squads they call them self's "The Eagle Team" an anti-graffiti surveillance squad quietly formed three months ago. Daily News wrote up a whole story about the stratigy NYC transit authority is taking to combat graffiti.

That is crazy, the city is really trying to stop a form of art that shaped who we are today. We need to get it back to the old days, where their was so much graffiti popping up the authorities didn't know which area to patrol.
